Catherine is an Acupuncturist with a Masters Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago. She has a Diplomate of Acupuncture and is board certified from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. During her time at PCOM she interned at the Chicago Women’s Health Center and the school’s clinic focusing on mental and emotional health, women’s health and pain management.

Since 2017 Catherine has continued to focus on anxiety, depression, insomnia, stress, pain management and women’s health but also considers herself to be a general practitioner. She has treated TBIs, lyme disease, fibromyalgia, digestive disorders, the effects of stroke, POTS, to name a few. She has also taken training for the treatment of trauma/PTSD for individuals and communities from Acupuncturists Without Borders and is also a member. She believes that nutrition is a foundation of health and wants to help every patient find their balance.

Seeing the transformation in patients’ lives while their health improves is one of the many reasons why Catherine loves being an Acupuncturist. Helping patients find a healthy lifestyle in the modern world is an important aspect of her treatments. She feels it is an honor to help others transform and become more of who they really are.

Catherine loves to travel, has lived in a few places and moved to Boston to join NEIH for years to come. She looks forward to meeting you and learning all there is to know about Boston.
